Scrapbooking.

Hey guys,

today I went to the mall to do some shopping and suddenly I saw wonderful Scrapbook paper. There were so many lovely pattern in so many pretty colors.

Seeing pretty stuff like that definitely made me want to start a Scrapbook.
But I have never done that before so I actually don't really know how to do it.. Are there any "must-do's" or "don't's" ?

I thought about doing a Scrapbook for all the concerts I went to but honestly I'm not sure how to start.
Do you just take pictures and place them on a page or do you even write on it?! I don't know.

Has anyone of you ever started a Scrapbook and has any tips for me? It would be wonderful if you could share your knowledge with me! : )

Maybe soon I'll be able to start it and share my work with you.

x Vanessa.

p.s.: I'm overwhelmed by your support. Leaving a comment or even hitting the "follow/subscribe" button which I just put on my blog means so much to me.

  1. hey vanessa! thanks for the sweet comment on my blog :)anyway, it's good to know that you want to start scrapbooking! :)) i assure you that you'll enjoy making it! anyway, i've been scrapbooking since like forever!! =))) I love scrapbooking. ♥ anyway, scrapbooking is about documenting your experiences and collecting them through that book. you can write on it, paste photos and just do art! you can also include memorable stuff from the experience you have like the tickets, candy wrappers, anything under the sun! and if you're scared to make it because you're not artistic enough, you can always search the net for samples or visit interior and art blogs for inspirations :DD feel free to ask me anything ^^)

    1. Thank you so so much for that wonderful and helpful comment! Scrapbooking now sounds so good to me and I think I'll love creating a book filled with memories.
I kept everything from the concerts so I think I will have a lot to put into my scrapbook.
Again, thank you so much for taking time to write me. That's so lovely.

      Have a nice day!

  2. I've got a scrapbook where I put everything in about the concerts I've been to. Milow, Martin and James, Jim Kroft,.... ;)
Tickets, photos, even glowsticks and everything else that reminds be of that concert. And of course I write loooooooong "reports" about with whom I went there and stuff - so I won't never ever forget any single detail!!
And it's such a funny thing to read my own reports some years later! Just like reading an old journal....

I think I'm so gonna start that. I already have to photobooks of each concert but a Scrapbook would be great to put the detailed things in.
Ohh.. those reports will be like non-stop fangirling :D

Thank you for the comment ! :)
